Venture Capital
In some cases, straight debt might not be the most appropriate solution. In these cases, we target our extensive array of investors who would be prepared to invest on a joint venture basis with you. Our venture capital division raises investment from institutions and high net worth individuals. We are currently working on venture capital deals in oil and gas, green energy, and more. Presently, we have over 20 private equity groups that we are working with.
Terms
A certain percentage of equity in company must be given up. Sometimes venture capitalists like to be placed on the board of directors or have an active role in the management of the Company. Generally the controlling interest ranges from 30 to 49 percent of the company. Owning a majority of the company is not something we are interested in doing.
